摘要
目的观察萘乙酸对小鼠精子的损伤作用。方法将25只雄性小鼠随机分为5组,每组5只。正常对照组和阳性对照组小鼠喂饲普通颗粒饲料,高、中、低剂量组小鼠饲料中分别加入剂量为5 0001、0002、00 mg/kg的萘乙酸。各组动物均喂养4周后处死。阳性对照组于处死前3 d每天腹腔注射环磷酰胺20 mg/kg体重。采用显微镜法观察记录小鼠精子数量、活性和形态,计算精子的密度、活率、活力及畸形率。结果高剂量组的精子活率和精子畸形率分别为(11.48±1.06)%和13.98%,正常对照组则为(17.44±0.86)%和2.72%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萘乙酸可诱发小鼠精子畸形,降低精子的活率。
Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of α-naphthlcetic acid on sperms of mice.Methods Twenty five mice were divided into five groups,5 mice per group.Basal animal food was fed to the mice in the normal control and positive control groups.α-naphthlcetic acid of 5 000、1 000、200 mg/kg were added into the other three groups.Four weeks later,all the mice were sacrificed.Three days before sacrifice,the mice in positive control group were injected cyclophosphamide of 20 mg/kg each day.The types,amamounts and activity of malformed sperms were examined with microscope.The sperm density,sperm motility,rate of teratosperm and the sperm viability were calculated at the same time.Results The proliferation activity and the malformed sperms rate of the high dose group were(11.48±1.06)% and 13.98%,and those the normal control group were(17.44±0.86)% and 2.72%.All differences were significantly(P0.05).Conclusion The α-naphthlcetic acid can induce the sperms of mice malformed and decline the proliferation activity of the sperms.
