剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Myomectomy for Cases of Pregnancy Combined with Hysteromyoma in Cesarean Section

目的研究剖宫产同时进行肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法对适合手术治疗的168例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者分为两组,其中92例行子宫肌瘤剔除术。76例未剔除而单纯行剖宫产术。结果 76例单纯性剖宫产平均手术时间(30±5)min,失血量(180±10)ml,92例剖宫产和子宫肌瘤剔除术平均手术时间(40±5)min,失血量(200±10)ml,经统计学处理手术时间及出血量相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在剖宫产时行肌瘤剔除是可行的。

Objective To study the feasibility of myomectomy during cesarean section.Methods To divide the patients with pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma into two groups,who were fit for operation,92 of whom were given myomectomy and 76 were not given myomectomy but only cesarean section.Result The average time for 70 cases of simple cesarean section was（30±5） min,allowable blood loss（ABL） was（180±10） ml;The average time for 92 cases of myomectomy together with cesarean section was（40±5） min,and ABL（200±10） ml.The statistics data showed no statistic meaning of differentiation of their average time and allowable blood loss（P0.05）.Conclusion It is practicable to perform myomectomy during cesarean section.
