摘要
在分析现有数控机床工装夹具对机床加工效率造成影响的基础上,设计了一种全自动的工件夹紧装置.这一装置集机、电、液及PCL控制技术于一体,可以实现对加工零件的多点同时压紧和松开功能,零件在数控机床上内、外形加工,粗、精加工一次定位装夹完成.通过数控机床与自动夹紧装置的互控互动,以及夹具压板自行松夹、躲刀、自行回复,使刀具可以不停机连续切削,避免了数控机床的非故障停车,有效实现了数控机床无障碍加工,提高了数控机床使用效率.
Based on the effect of existing clamping device of CNC machine on its efficiency,a kind of automatic clamping device was designed.The device contains technologies of mechatronics,hydraulics and PCL controlling,and is able to clamp and unclamp machined component synchronously at several places.The machined component doesn't need to be clamped repetitively in the course of machining,involving internal and external shape processing,rough and fine machining,etc.CNC machine and the clamping device can control and coordinate each other,and the press board of the clamping device is able to move automatically,which make cutters complete cutting continuously.So the CNC machine can avoid sudden stop without failure,and efficiency of the machine is improved.
