摘要
随着就业形势的日趋严峻,大学生的就业心理问题愈显突出。为此,本研究对大学生就业心理问题的表现与成因进行深入分析,从学校教育及自我调适的角度提出合理的建议,以帮助大学生提高就业竞争力及心理素质,从而实现和谐就业。
With the employment situation becoming increasingly grim, university students’ pre-employment psychological problems become a prominent issue of concern. The paper, after analyzing the manifestations and causes of undergraduates’ pre-employment psychological problems in an in-depth manner, proposes reasonable countermeasures from the perspectives of university education and self-adjustment in the hope of helping university students enhance their employment competitiveness, boost their psychological quality and thus achieve harmonious employment eventually.
