青岛市利用外资的现状 存在的问题及相关对策

The Status, Problems and Related Measures of Qingdao’ s Use of Foreign Capital

青岛市近年在利用外资发展经济方面成绩显著,吸引外资硕果累累:建立了以外资企业为主体的多个经济园区,在增加外资规模的同时注重外资的质量以及与全市产业结构的调整吻合程度,加快了产业结构调整。但是引资过程中也存在一些问题。本文通过对青岛市外资利用的现状进行调查研究,提出了以继续优惠的外资政策加强产业结构调整,及建立完善的外资服务市场等相关策略。

In recent years, Qingdao has got outstanding achievements in attracting foreign investment and in the use of foreign capital： it has established multiple economic zones in large scale with foreign enterprises as the main body, it not only increases the scale of foreign capital, but also improve its quality and accelerates the industrial structure adjustment. But in the investment process, there also exists some problems. This paper analyzes the present situation of Qingdao’s utilization of foreign capital, and gives some suggestions to enhance foreign industrial structure adjustment, and to establish and perfect the relevant foreign service market strategy.
