摘要
目的探讨健康教育对胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫病人生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2001年1月~2010年1月收治的胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫的患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组入院后采用传统方法按常规进行教育;而观察组患者入院后,即实施系统的康复宣教,并由责任护士按照护理程序,有计划实施健康教育。观察比较两组健康教育后的效果。结果两组健康教育后的生活质量各项指标(生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康)评分均较教育前明显提高,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度以及舒适度、遵医行为均明显优于对照组,且合并废用性肌肉萎缩的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能提高患者的满意度和舒适度,改善患者的遵医行为,提高患者的自我健康意识和能力,降低并发症的发生,对胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫患者的生活质量有明显的改善。
Objective To discuss the effect of health education in improving the life quality of the patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture combined with paraplegia. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 100 in each; after admission, traditional routine education was performed in control group while systematic health education guided by certain nurses was performed in observation group, and the effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The scores of life quality ( physiological function, physiological role, social function, emotional role and mental health) of the patients in beth groups after education were improved than those before education with statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the satisfaction, comfort degree and compliance behavior of the patients in obser- vation group were superior to those of the patients in control group, and the occurrence of complicated muscle disuse atrophy in observation group was much lower than that in control group with siguifieant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Health education is effective for pa- tients with thoraeolumbar burst fracture combined with paraplegia in raising the satisfaction and comfort degree, improving the compliance behavior, strengthening self consciousness of health, decreasing the occurrence of complications and improving life quality.
