Solution to Four-side Chute with Craft Feeler Board

针对连接臂零件周侧斜槽的加工要求,通过对零件的结构和加工工艺的分析,设计简单结构的工艺对刀板,采用三轴数控铣床,以工艺板不同方位的侧表面定位装夹及对刀找正,解决零件以偏摆角度实现周侧斜槽加工的技术问题。

With analysis on the structure of the components-to-be-processed and the processing techniqueavailable,the application of three-axle CNC milling machine,a solution is drawn with the use of craft feeler board.
