摘要
以内蒙古大青山油松(Pinus tabu laeformis)、落叶松(Larix gmelini)人工林和白桦(Betula platyphyl-la)山杨(Populus davidiana)天然次生林三种林地植物为研究对象,对三种植物的根际微生物在不同深度下种类的数量,不同季节种类分布及根际效应做了研究,三种植物根际微生物数量的共同特点为:细菌>放线菌>真菌;三种植物的根际微生物不同季节分布特点为:夏季>春季>秋季。
The work presented in this paper focuses on several aspects of the following:the rhizospheric microorganism's quantity of Pinus tabulaeformis,Larix gmelini and Betula platyphylla in Daqingshan area,Inner Mongolia,the seasonal change of the quantity,the dynamic change of the quantity with the soil depth and the effects. We concluded that:the rhizospheric microorganism's quantity of these plants has something in common,the most abundant species of microorganism is bacteria,the lest abundant specie of microorganism is epiphyte; the aestival quantity is the most,the autumnal quantity is the lest.
