摘要
对高精度光学玻璃折射率测试仪的总体设计做了分析,采用抛物面反射镜设计平行光管和自准望远镜。精密转台采用平面轴系。24位增量式编码器的精度达到0.52。以单片机为前台机,系统机为后台机对位敏传感器(PSD)和轴角编码器进行数据采集。采用最小偏向角法和三最小偏向角测量法进行光学玻璃折射率的高精度测量,测量精度可达10-6。
The whole design of high accurate determination instrument of optical glass refractive index was analyzed,paraboloid reflector was used in the collimator and self-collimation telescope.Plane shafting was adopted in the precision turntable.The precision of 24 bit increment coder was 0.52.Data of PSD sensor and coder were collected with SCM as on the stage and computer as background.The least deflection angle method and three least deflection angle method were used in the high accurate determination of optical glass refractive index,and the measuring precision reached to 10^-6.
