摘要
介绍了荧光法水中微量油检测仪的结构及自动控制系统的设计。通过采用斩波运算放大器ICL7650、二阶反相型低通有源滤波器、逐次逼近型AD转换器AD574实现了微弱信号的高精度放大。结合单片机和特定的程序流程,使仪器在水中微量油的在线检测和自动控制方面得到了很好的应用。
A new instrument for testing oil in water online by fluorimetry was introduced.The weak signal has been amplified by using operational amplifier ICL7650,second-order reverse-phase low pass filter,analog-digital converter AD574.As a center part,the single chip processor was adopted to control the instrument,consequently realizing online testing,auto-control and communication.
