摘要
介绍了机械式自动变速器(AMT)的基本结构以及传统AMT在有同步器情况下的换挡过程,并对无同步器换挡时产生进退挡困难问题的原因进行了分析。在分析基础上提出了纯电动车用AMT设计方案,在AVL实验台架上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所设计的AMT能有效解决上述问题,达到使用要求。
The basic structure of automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) and the shift process of traditional AMT with synchronizer were introduced.The shift difficulty of MT without synchronizer was studied,and the cause of the withdrawing problem was investigated.Based on the analysis,the AMT for EV was designed and tested on the AVL test bench.The results indicated that the designed AMT could solve the problems mentioned above effectively and meet the application requirements.
