摘要
介绍了轮胎压力监测系统(tyre pressure monitoring system,TPMS)的原理及构成,并分析了当前的轮胎压力监测系统主要存在的优缺点,提出了一种新的轮胎压力监测系统设计方案。通过选用GENovaSensor公司的新型NPX系列芯片,在分析其工作原理的基础上,给出了系统的硬件构成、相关电路原理图及通信设计参数,并以此设计出相关产品并通过试验分析了其性能,结果表明,传输数据准确,误码率低,达到高效、可靠的通信要求。
The principle and the composition of the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) were introduced.The problems of the TPMS were pointed out and the solution to the problems of the TPMS was offered.A new design based on the NPX of GE Nova Sensor was proposed.The working principle of the NPX IC was investigated and the hardware circuit was designed hereafter.A detailed analysis of the TPMS was conduced by tests and experiments.
