摘要
网络信息资源管理是对网上信息资源实施计划、组织、分配、协调和控制,以确保信息资源有效利用的一种管理活动。通过文献调研和对比研究,对网络信息资源在数量、结构、分布、传播和组织模式等方面所呈现的新特点进行了分析,将信息资源的有效组织利用作为网络信息资源管理的核心问题,从提升信息资源效用最优化的路径上探索与其相关的管理活动。
The management of online information resource is aimed to plan,organize,allocate,coordinate and control online information resource so that users can easily access to them.The unique features of online information resource were analyzed from perspectives of the quantity,structure,distribution,transmission and modes of organization by means of document survey and comparison.The methods of how to optimize the utility of online resource were also discussed.
