摘要
针对冲压厂手工编排生产计划效率低下的现状,提出了一个生产计划编排系统的实现方案,并在设计过程中重点研究了周生产计划分解为班产计划模型的建立。该方案使计划编排从手动变成自动,大大提高了工作效率,并提高了生产计划编制的科学性与计划的可执行性。
An implementation of auto plan formulation was proposed to improve work efficiency in press factory and a model was established to reasonably arrange week production plan to group week production in the process of design.This project makes auto plan formulation possible;it will enhance work efficiency and efficiently improve scientificalness and implement of scheduling.
