绩效管理是现代人力资源管理的重要内容,科学设置绩效考核评价指标和权重比例,充分运用ASP.NET的技术优势,开发绩效管理信息系统,实现对考核数据进行快速统计分析和多项考核结果的比较研究,从技术层面为考核结果的运用提供科学可靠的依据。
Performance management is an important part in training cadres,the correct way of which comes from a fair and objective assessment and accurate measurement.ASP.NET technology was applied to develop a performance management information system.The system could quickly assess and analyze the data and do research on comparative study of multi-examination results,so as to provide a scientific and reliable basis for the usage of the examination results from a technical level.
