摘要
借用生态学的互利共生、偏利共生、原始协作和种间竞争等种间关系,提出了企业知识管理的互利型知识共享、偏利型知识共享、原始协作型知识共享与知识竞争的概念,并对此进行了详细阐述。
The ecological interspecific relationship was employed to analyze enterprise knowledge management.There were mutual knowledge-sharing,partial knowledge-sharing,primitively cooperative knowledge-sharing and knowledge competition in enterprise knowledge management.They were discussed in detail.
