摘要 在室温、气体流量为500 mL/min时,考察了不同氨水浓度、碳化度、滞留时间以及反应温度对氨水吸收脱除CO2效率和反应速度的影响。结果表明氨水浓度的增加,氨水吸收CO2的脱除率和反应速度都要增大;不同碳化度(R=0~200)的氨水对CO2吸收有较大影响,R越大CO2脱除率越小;滞留时间越长,CO2脱除率越高。 The effects of ammonia concentration,carbonized ratio,retention time and temperature on removal of CO2 by ammonia meth-od were investigated with the flux of 500 mL/min at room temperature.The results show that the removal efficiency of CO2 by ammonia absorption and the reaction velocity increase with the increase of ammonia concentration.The carbonized ratio has a significantly nega-tive effect on removal of CO2 by ammonia method,the higher carbonized ratio,the lower removal efficiency.In addition,a higher re-moval efficiency can be observed with the long retention time.
