摘要
微波辐射下,以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,通过正丁醛和乙二醇反应合成正丁醛乙二醇缩醛。系统的研究了醛醇物质的量之比、催化剂用量、微波辐射功率和反应时间等因素对产品产率的影响。得到最佳反应条件:醛醇物质的量比为1∶1.6,催化剂用量为4 g,微波加热功率为260 W,反应时间为9 min,环己烷为带水剂,产率达74.5%。
In microwave radiation, n - butyraldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from n - butyraldehyde and glycol with strong - acid cation exchange resin as the catalyst. Effects of molar ratio of aldehyde and alcohol, catalyst dosage, microwave power and reaction time on product yield were systematically studied. The results show that the yield can reach 74.5% under the following optimum conditions : n( n - butyl aldehyde) : n (glycol) = 1 : 1.6, dosage of catalyst 4 g, microwave power 260 W, reaction time 9 min, cyclohexane is used as water entraining agent.
