The analysis of pathological, clinical and image manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

获得性免疫缺陷综合征（Acquired immunodeficiency sydrome，AIDS）患者逐年增多，肺结核为其最常见机会性感染之一，其临床表现复杂多变，影像学表现多种多样，与一般肺结核不同，极易造成误诊。本文就此作扼要阐述。

The number of the Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients has increased gradually. The pulmonary tuberculosis is the most common opportunistic infection of AIDS patients. The clinical manifestations are varied regarding on radiological findings and distinguished from common pulmonary tuberculosis without AIDS, thereby may be prone to be misdiagnosed. This review briefly summarized the current progress.
