Guideline explanation of incorporation of Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine treatment on serious pyemia and infectious shock

脓毒症（Sepsis）是创伤、烧伤、休克、感染等临床急危重患者的严重并发症，近年来已成为十分活跃的前沿领域。现对脓毒症发病机制研究进展、中医药、中西医结合研究成果和主要文献的综合，加以扼要阐述，以作为《严重脓毒症与感染性休克中西医结合治疗指南》的解读。

Pyemia （Sepsis） is one of clinical dangerous complication in patients with the wound, the burn, the shock, the infection and so on and has become the very active front research area in recent years. We reviewed here the pyemia pathogenesis, the chinese traditional medicine treatment, the incorporation of chinese traditional medicine and western medicine researches, and thereafter elaborated briefly the explanation for the recommendation guideline for the incorporation of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine treatment.
