国产新药三苯双脒对肠道蠕虫的驱治作用

三苯双脒是我国有知识产权和专利的一类新药，具有广谱抗肠道线虫的作用。实验研究和临床试验结果表明，三苯双脒具有很好的抗蛔虫、十二指肠钩虫、美洲钩虫和蛲虫的效果，尤其是对美洲钩虫感染有很高的治愈率；对带绦虫、粪类圆线虫和华支睾吸虫感染亦有治疗效果。

Tribendimidine, a novel drug developed in China with owned intellectual patent, is highly effective in the treatment of intestinal nematode infections including Ascaris lumbricoides, Ancylostoma duodenale, Enterobius vermicularis, especially Necator americanus. Recent years, it is observed that tribendimidine also has therapeutic effects in the treatment of infections of Taenia （SPP）, strongyloides stercoralis, and clonorchis sinensis.
