摘要
目的:研究在永磁低场环境下高精度、高时间分辨率的磁共振温度监测。方法:利用基于质子共振频率化学位移的测温方法,在国产0.4T永磁磁共振设备上采用Flash序列采集琼脂凝胶降温过程的数据,并与玻璃温度计的测量结果进行对比。结果:对比温度计读数,磁共振测温实验结果达到头线圈±1.5℃,体线圈±2℃的精度;每次扫描时间为6s。结论:在永磁低场上,基于质子共振频率化学位移测温方法的精度能满足临床要求,时间分辨率能初步满足临床要求,尚需进一步提高。
Objective To research the MR thermometry with high precision and high time resolution at low field MR.Methods The temperature of the cooling process of agar gel phantom was monitored using the method based on proton resonance frequency with 0.4 T home-built permanent MR equipment and Flash sequence,and then the results were compared with those of the thermometer.Results Compared with the thermometer readings,there was a temperature uncertainty as ±1.5 ℃ for head coil and ±2 ℃ for body coil.Scanning duration was 6 seconds.Conclusion The method of MR thermometry at low field based on chemical shifting of PRF with a high accuracy appears to be a viable technique for clinical application.But temporal resolution still needs to improve.
