真空气垫加水平调节板进行适形放疗的研究

Air Conditioning Increases Level of Vacuum Plate of Conformal Radiotherapy

目的:对真空气垫进行技术改进,增加水平调节板,以提高偏瘫及其他行动不便的胸部肿瘤患者进行适形放疗时的摆位精度和重复性。方法:将30例偏瘫肺癌肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对试验组增加简易水平调节板,对照组不增加简易水平调节板进行适形放疗。结果:在真空气垫下增加水平调节板,对偏瘫及其他行动不便胸部肿瘤患者进行适形放疗时可以提高摆位精度和重复性。结论:该技术在保证放疗精度的同时,使摆位变得简单易行。

Objective To improve the positioning accuracy and repeatability of paralyzed patients with thoracic neoplasm through improving technology of the vacuum cushion and increasing level regulating boards.Methods 30 paralyzed patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups：level regulation boards for the experimental group were increased while the control group not when they are receiving radiotherapy.Results The positioning accuracy and repeatability were improved when increasing level regulation boards beneath a vacuum cushion.Conclusion The technology ensures the accuracy of patients positioning when receiving radiotherapy.
