根据在四方块上加工十字交叉孔比较困难的问题,设计了一种能和数控车床方便的结合在一起,同时又能有效保证主轴轴线和被加工零件的轴线重合的夹具。该夹具帮助实现工件旋转而刀具不动,保证了刀具的刚性。生产实践证明,该夹具可有效保证加工精度,提高生产效率。

It is difficult to process the cross connection hole on square,so a kind of fixture is designed,which can combine with CNC lathes conveniently,and guarantee that the axes of spindle coincide with the axes of the machined components.This kind of fixture can realize the parts＇s rotating with out the moving of tool,It can guarantee the tool＇s stiffness.Practice shows this fixture can ensure the fabrication accuracy,raise production efficiency.
