摘要
根据不同的功用和具体情况,介绍30t全液压锻造操作机液压油缸及其行程检测装置的设计与应用。行程检测装置设计采用了内置式行程检测装置,按活塞缸和柱塞缸,分别介绍了从一端安装和两端安装两种方式的具体结构,安装步骤以及优缺点,归纳和总结设计过程中的问题。
According to the different function and special situation,the design and application on hydro-cylinder and its measure route device are mainly introduced for 30t complete forging manipulator.Such measure device is designed by using inner type route device,according to piston cylinder and plunger type cylinder,such structure is designed with two kinds of installation types that one is installed from one end and the other is installed from two end and also introduce its installation steps,some advantages and disadvantages and problems during design process is concluded at last.
