齿轮参数化建模方法的研究

研究一种基于STEP格式文件的齿轮参数化建模方法。采用面向对象技术构造了适合半边数据结构的特征类,开发了齿轮类零件的通用建模软件,通过对齿轮齿面的分析计算,得到了齿轮的特征模型,给出的齿轮参数化建模计算机实现表明本文提出的方法和理论是可行有效的。

Parameterized 3-D modeling is studied based on the STEP files.Based on the program design of the object oriented,the class of half-edge data structure of boundary representation is constructed,the software on the gear modeling is developed.Through the calculation and analysis to the gear,the gear characteristic model is got.Some engineering exampled are presented that the design method and design software is effective.
