摘要
通过对机械密封失效的原因分析和计算校核,用压缩空气作为强制冷却介质代替原机械密封强制冷却水,可以解决机械密封结垢问题,阻止失效发生,延长使用寿命。
Through analyzing the causes of the failure of mechanical seal with checking and calculating.By using compressed air as forced cooling medium instead of mechanical seal compulsory cooling water,the problem of mechanical seal scaling can be solved.So,failure can be stopped and service life will prolong.
