摘要
对天然河川径流数量的评价是水资源评价的基础,随着社会的发展进步,人类活动对天然河川径流量的一致性影响也加大,对径流量的一致性进行分析是进行地表水资源评价的首要任务,其准确性将直接影响到水资源工程的合理规划和水资源的合理利用。但还原计算中,有些项目还原困难、精度不高及成果使用不方便、不符合实际等问题,因此很有必要对径流系列的还原方法进行探讨,以获得科学合理的径流系列资料。对河道径流的还原计算方法进行了简单论述,在实际工作中对还原计算中存在的有关问题进行了分析,并提出了"向后还原"问题的看法。
The quantity assessment of natural river runoff is the base of water resources assessment. With the development and pro- gress of society, the consistency influence of human activities on natural river runoff also increases. The analysis of the runoff consis- tency is the primary task of surface water resource assessment, the accuracy of which will directly influence the rational planning of the water resources projects and the rational utilization of water resources. However, there still exist some problems in restore esti- mation of runoff series, including the accuracy is not high, a few items may not be calculated and the result can not be simply used. Therefore, it is necessary to explore restoration calculation methods to obtain scientific and reasonable runoff series. In this paper, the restoration methods of runoff series are comprehensively discussed, and the related problems in estimation of restoration of runoff series are analyzed. In the end, the view of the author on backward restore issue is presented.
