摘要 NADH氧化酶作为一类催化NADH和氧气进行氧化反应的酶类,不仅在微生物氧化应激反应中起重要的生理作用,而且是人工调控微生物代谢流向研究中的调控热点;另外,它在氧化态辅酶NAD+再生方面表现出巨大的应用潜力.作者综述了NADH氧化酶的分类和结构、反应机制、分离纯化及应用进展. As an enzyme for catalyzing the oxidation reaction of NADH and oxygen, NADH oxidase not only plays an important physiological role in microbial oxidative stress response, but also is the hot spot in the study of artificial regulation of microbial metabolic flux. Furthermore, NADN oxidase has great potential in the NAD regeneration. In this paper, we summarized the classification, structure, reaction mechanism, separation and purification and application progress of NADH oxidase.
