分析了长江下游东部河网水系的特点及影响河网健康的因素,明确了评价指标体系构建的原则与理论依据,构建了包含总目标层、分目标层、准则层和指标层四个层次的平原河网地区河流健康评价指标体系。

Study on the characteristics of river network according to the plain area in the east of the downstream Yangtze River,and finding the factors that affect the river health.The index system on the plain river network area was established which includes four levels,i.e.aim level,sub-target level,standard level,index level.
