摘要
针对部分嵌入式数控系统因为实时处理能力有限而限制了加工精度的问题,设计了一种离线插补加工模块。该模块采用较短的插补周期和高速高精度的插补算法在PC机上离线生成插补数据,通过USB将数据动态加载到系统中,实现高速高精度加工。最后通过实验仿真验证了该模块的可行性。
In view of the problem that the real - time processing capacity of some embedded CNC systems limits the machining accuracy, it designs an off- line interpolation machining module. The module uses not only short interpolator period but also high - speed and high - accuracy interpolation algorithm to get the off - line interpolation data by PC, and to load dynamically the data into the system by USB. This high - speed and high - accuracy improves the machining capacity of system. The simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of the module ultimately.
