摘要
介绍了风电塔筒结构及塔筒法兰设计要求,阐述了风电塔筒法兰与筒体焊接的传统工艺及存在的问题,针对焊后法兰出现外翻变形的现象,在设计塔筒法兰时,采用了预留焊接反变形量的方法,对风电塔筒制造工艺进行了改进,通过试验表明,改进后的工艺简单实用、可操作性强,具有一定的推广价值。
It introduces the structure of the wind - powered tower tube and the requirement of design of the tower tube flange, illustrates the traditional technique of the welding between the tower tube flange and the tube, discusses the exisiting problems. The manufacturing technique of the wind- powered tower tube can be improved by means of the leaving a certain volume with reverse displacement for welding for solving the exstrophy appearing; the application shows that the improved technique is simple, practical and easy to operate.
