摘要
目的:探讨一次性无菌留置引流管在急诊外科中的应用。方法:对急诊外科收治的161例胸腹腔积液(血)的病例,放置一次性无菌留置引流管,行引流或灌洗治疗。结果:除1例刺破腹壁动脉外,其余病例均一次性置管成功,行引流或灌洗治疗,效果满意。结论:对于胸腹腔积液(血)的病例,留置一次性无菌引流管行引流或灌洗治疗方法简便、安全、实用,疗效满意,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the application of disposable aseptic drain in department of emergency surgery.Method For 160 patients of ascites or pleural effusion were placed the disposable aseptic drain to drainage or lavage.Results For 161 cases were successful catheterized to drainage or lavage,but one case was pierced the artery wall.Conclusion Using disposable aseptic drain in the treatment of ascites or pleural effusion is convenient and safe method.It should be recommended for a wider use.
