小儿支原体肺炎48例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点,诊疗方法。方法:回顾性分析儿科收治的48例小儿支原体肺炎临床特点,治疗效果,并与同期非小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果进行比较。结果:小儿支原体肺炎以发热、咳嗽为主,伴有不同程度的肺外症状;与同期非小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果比较,止咳时间长,X线吸收时间长,病程长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支原体肺炎病情重,肺部体征重,肺外症状多见,疗程长,要引起重视。
