以月见草籽为原料,研制出一种营养保健性饮料。通过正交试验确定月见草籽饮料生产的最佳工艺条件：浸泡温度50℃、时间3h、溶液pH8,料水比l∶20、果葡糖浆15%、复合增稠剂0.25%、复合乳化剂0.30%,杀菌条件为121℃/20min。
The nutrition and health drink is made of the evening primrose＇ s seed.The optimal producing condition of the evening primrose seed is determined by the orthogonal experiments：the immersion temperature is 50℃,the time is 3 hours and the pH of the solution is 8,the quota of the fomula is 1：20,the 15% of the fomular is the high fructose corn syrup,0.25% of the formula is complex thickener,and 0.30% of the formula is compound emulsifier.The situation of killing the bacteria is 121℃/20min.
