摘要 论述建立固相萃取-双毛细管柱气相色谱法测定粮食中16种有机磷农药残留量的分析方法。16种有机磷农药相关系数为0.9965~0.9998,回收率(75.2%~101.5%)。试验结果表明,在选定的色谱条件下,采用固相萃取-气相色谱法对粮食中16种有机磷农药残留量进行测定,线性良好,回收率高,完全能够达到国家标准方法的要求,能满足粮食中有机磷农药残留量测定。 This article focuses on the establishment of solid phase extraction-double capillary gas chromatography of 16 grain of organophosphorus pesticide residues analysis.16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides correlation coefficient of 0.9965-0.9998,the recovery rate(75.2%-101.5%).Experimental results show that the selected chromatographic conditions,using solid phase extraction-gas chromatography for food,16 organophosphorus pesticide residues were measured with good linearity,high recovery rate,fully able to meet the requirements of national standard methods,to meet the food in the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues.
