摘要 对红曲霉液态发酵的菌体内红曲色素采用微波辅助法(MAE)进行提取,对影响微波辅助提取法的各因素进行研究,并对微波辅助法的提取条件进行优化,试验结果表明:在微波处理时间70s、处理温度70℃、乙醇溶剂浓度45%、液固比20∶1和微波功率600W的条件下破碎红曲霉细胞,能有较好的红曲色素提取效果,处理液的OD值能达17.082,与传统的乙醇浸提法相比提高了72.2%。 Monascus pigment was extracted by microwave auxiliary way from cell of Monascus Purpure ferment lysate,Various effection factors were researched and various conditions were optimizated.It showed that in these conditions of micro wave time 70s,temperature 70℃,Ethanol concentration 45%,Liquid-solid ratio 20:1 and microwave frequency 600W,the OD value of treating fluid reached 17.082.Compared to traditional extraction way,the OD value was increased by 72.2%.
