摘要
通过检测鹅血清部分抗氧化指标,探讨玉米蛋白多肽对鹅抗氧化功能的影响。选择1日龄昌图豁鹅240只,采取单因子完全随机设计,随机分为4组,分别按每kg饲料添加500,300,100mg玉米蛋白多肽设置高、中、低剂量3个剂量组,不添加玉米蛋白多肽设置为对照组。饲养30,60d,采集鹅血,制备血清,采用紫外分光光度法检测鹅血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:随着日龄的增加,呈现鹅血清T-AOC水平和SOD活性增加、MDA含量减少的趋势。鹅饲料中较长时间(60d)添加玉米蛋白多肽可使其血清T-AOC水平增加,且与添加剂量正相关;而低剂量水平(100mg)玉米蛋白多肽的短时间(30d)作用会抑制鹅血清的SOD活性,对血清MDA含量影响不大,长时间作用可提高血清SOD活性;中剂量水平(300mg)对血清的T-AOC水平、SOD活性和MDA含量影响不大;高剂量水平(500mg)短时间作用可以有效提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量,但较长时间(60d)作用则显著提高T-AOC水平和MDA含量,提高SOD活性的效果不如低剂量组。
The partial oxidation indices of serum in geese were detected to explore the effects of the corn protein polypeptide on the anti-oxidation function of geese.240 one-day-old Changtu Huoyan geese were randomly divided into four groups by a single factor completely randomized design,one control group was fed basal diet,3-dose groups,high,medium and low-dose,were added 500 mg,300 mg,100 mg corn protein poly-peptide in per kg feed,respectively.At the day of 30th and 60th,the blood of geese was collected to prepare the serum,then the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD) vitality and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in geese were detected by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.[Result] The results showed that level of the serum T-AOC in geese increased,MDA content and SOD activity decreased with the development procedure.The corn protein polypeptide added for longer time(60 d) in geese feed could make serum T-AOC levels positively increase by correlating with adding doses.But low dose(100mg) corn protein polypeptide added for shorter time(30 d) could inhibit the activity of SOD and the level of MDA in geese serum,the longer effect could increase serum SOD.Medium dose(300 mg) had few effects on the level of serum T-AOC,MDA and SOD.High doses(500mg) in a short time could effectively improve the content of MDA and SOD activity,but in a longer time(60 d),it could significantly improve the T-AOC level and MDA content.The effects to improving SOD activities were not significant like that of low dose.It was suggested that the high dose corn protein polypeptide was added for a short time(30 d) in order to increase the SOD activities and reduce the MDA content in geese serum,thus the antioxidant capacity was effectively improved and the lipid peroxidation was reduced.
