表面修饰钼酸镧钠的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

摘要 以钼酸钠和氯化镧及修饰剂为原料,用直接沉淀法合成了表面修饰钼酸镧钠添加剂,并用IR、XRD对微粒进行了表征。把表面修饰钼酸镧钠添加到基础油中,检测油样的减磨性能,并用SEM对钢球摩擦表面进行了分析。结果表明:与基础油相比,添加0.1%的表面修饰钼酸镧钠就能达到减摩效果,而且磨痕更为平整,摩擦面上检测到了镧钼等抗磨元素。 The surface modified NaLa(MoO4)2 was synthesized by direct precipitation with sodium molybdate and lanthanum chloride as materials.The particles was characterized by means of IR and XRD.Then antiwear abilities were examined after surface modified NaLa(MoO4)2 dispersed in base oil.The worn surface was examined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that antiwear ability of base oil could be effectively increased when the oil contains 0.1% of oleic acid coated NaLa(MoO4)2,also wear marks was much flatter compared with base oil.Lanthanum and molybdenum antiwear elements could be discovered in rubbing surface.
