新世纪以来,高校党务和学术管理的行政化、官僚化越来越受到来自高校内部和社会各界的批评,于是产生了与事业单位改革相对应的高校去行政化的思潮和呼声。就高校管理行政化与去行政化问题进行辨析,进而从较深层次对高校现行的行政化现象进行探讨。

Since the new century,administrationization and bureaucratismlization of party affairs and academic management in universities and colleges has been increasingly criticized by the universities and colleges themselves as well as various sections of the society.Therefore,thoughts of non-administration corresponding to the reform of institutions come into being.By analyzing the administrationization and non-administration in universities and colleges management,an intensive study of the problems of existing administrationization in universities and colleges was made.
