摘要 目的研究年龄和冠心病对平板运动试验(TET)中心脏变时功能(CR)的影响。方法117例临床疑似冠心病(CHD)患者,先后行平板运动试验和冠状动脉造影(coronary arteriography,CAG)检查,对不同年龄段平板运动试验中心脏变时功能进行比较;再根据诊断CHD的金标准CAG结果分CHD组和非CHD组,分析比较两组间及CHD组的不同年龄段平板运动试验心脏变时功能的各项指标和心脏变时指数(chronotropic re-sponse index,CRI)。结果(1)≤40岁、40-50岁、50-60岁与≥60岁四个年龄段的CHD组与同龄的非CHD组的心脏变时指数相比,CHD组的心脏变时功能不良(P〉0.05);CHD组中≤40岁和≥60岁患者的心脏变时功能低于其他两个年龄段患者(P〉0.05)。(2)40-50岁年龄段的冠心病患者男性心脏变时功能明显低于女性(P〉0.05)。结论心脏变时功能对判断CHD有价值,心脏变时功能与年龄、性别有关。 Objective To observe the effect of age and coronary heart disease on chronotropic response(CR) in treadmill exercise test(TET).Methods 117 suspected patients with CHD were done the electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test(TET) and coronary angiography(CAG),and then chronotropic response were compared with the patients among age groups.These patients were put in two groups according to coronary arteriongraphy:coronary heart dieaseCHD group and NCHD group,and chronotropic response were compared among age groups.Results(1) Compared with NCHD group,patients with CHD in all age groups showed significant chronotropic incompetence(P〈0.05).CI of the patients with CHD group above 60 age or below 40 age group was significantly more than that of the patients of other two age groups(P〈0.05).(2) CI of men with CHD group of 40 to 50 age group was significantly less than that of women of the same age group(P〈0.05).Conclusion CI index has an important value in diagnosis of CHD in the Treadnill Exercise Testing CI is related to age and sex.
