摘要
介绍了催化干气制乙苯第三代技术的工艺特点及其在中国化工集团大庆中蓝石化公司8万t/a干气制乙苯工业装置的应用情况。工业运行表明,该装置的工艺设计合理,催化剂性能及技术指标先进;并针对生产中由于原料工况等原因存在的问题及其优化改进措施,为该技术在中国化工集团蓝星(天津)化工有限公司20万t/a干气制乙苯装置的设计方案和装置建设提供参考。
Characteristics of the 3rd generation technology for ethylbenzene production from FCC dry gas and its industrial ap- plication in the 80,000 t/a plant of Daqing Zhonglan Petrochemical Company were described. The results from the plant showed that the technology was characterized with high activity, high product quality, long catalyst life and low energy consumption. Based on the existing problems of the industrial plant, some process technology improvement measures were proposed for future new plants, such as the 200,000t/a plant of Lanxing (Tianjin) Chemicals Co., Ltd.
