摘要
通过对天然气部分氧化制乙炔工艺中提浓装置聚合物形成机理的分析,找出引起该装置聚合物升高的原因,提出降低聚合物的方法,实现了该装置在高负荷长周期、安全、稳定运行。
Through analyzed the mechanism of polymer formation in the concentration unit of the acetylene production by partial oxidation of natural gas, the causes which resulted in the increase of polymer were found out, and the methods of reducing polymer were proposed and used, which allows the acetylene plant to achieve a long period, high load, safe and stable operation.
