急性脑梗死病人血清瘦素和IL-6水平变化及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死急性期病人血清瘦素、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化以及两者之间的相关性,评价瘦素、IL-6在脑梗死发病中的作用。方法用放射免疫分析法测定60例急性脑梗死病人血清瘦素、IL-6水平,并与40名健康体检者进行对照。结果脑梗死组血清瘦素水平、IL-6水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),二者水平呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死病人血清瘦素水平升高,IL-6过度表达。二者相互作用,共同参与了脑梗死的发生发展。
