The Improvement of Migrant Rural Workers’Employment Policy Under the Financial Crisis

全球性的金融危机对就业的影响主要体现为对农民工就业的冲击。农民工就业问题突出表现为供过于求的数量性失业和技能以及区域不对称所产生的结构性失业。就业政策应围绕针对性的应急措施和完善性的稳定措施两个层次实施相应的对策。

The world financial crisis affected the Chinese rural workers’employment heavily and brought two kinds of problems：the quantitative unemployment as a result of the workers oversupply,and the structural unemployment as a result of workers’distribution asymmetry.Consequently,the improvement of the employment policy should concentrate on the emergent measures and stabilized measures.
