摘要 文章简述了情绪智力理论的发展及其对教育的启示,从培养教师和学生的情绪智力方面进行分析,研究如何应用情绪智力理论优化课堂教学。 This paper brief discussed the development of the theory of emotional intelligence and its enlightenment on education. Through analyzing the emotional intelligence of teachers and students, the paper studied on how to optimize classroom teaching with the theory of emotional intelligence.
