本文结合网络实训室管理经验,从网络实训教师素质建设、网络实训室制度建设和网络实训室文化建设三方面,对网络实训室软环境建设进行了研究和论述。

Based on author＇s management experiences on network training room, this paper discussed the construction of soft environment in network training room from the following three aspects： the quality construction of network training teachers, the system construction of network training room, and the cultural construction of the network training room.
