摘要 目的探索腔隙性脑梗死患者肾功能与脑小血管疾病CT定量指标的相关性。方法选择84例腔隙性脑梗死患者,采集患者的血压、糖尿病史、CRP、同型半胱氨酸、总胆固醇、血清肌酐等临床资料,采用Cockcroft-Gault公式估算肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR),应用CT检测总的脑容量及脑白质损伤(white matter lesions,WML)容量。白质萎缩、脑白质损伤和腔隙性梗死的存在提示脑小血管疾病。应用线性回归分析GFR和脑影像参数的相关性。结果低GFR患者具有更低的脑容量,更高的WML容量。结论肾功能损害和脑小血管疾病的CT检测指标存在相关性。 Objective To explore the correlation between renal function and CT quantitative indicators of cerebral small vessel disease in lacunar infarction patients. Methods A total of 84 cases of lacunar infarct patients were selected. Cockcroft- Gault formula was used to estimate glomerular filtration rate (GFR). CT was used to detect the total brain volume and white matter lesion (WML) volume. White matter atrophy, white matter lesion and lacunar infarction implicated cerebral small vessel disease. Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between GFR and brain imaging parameters. Results Pa- tients with lower GFR had lower total brain volume, higher WML volume. Conclusion There is significant correlation between impaired renal function and CT indications of cerebral small vessel disease.
