摘要
介绍用大规模集成电路HEF4725和INTEL8098单片机控制的PWM变频调速系统,阐述了绝缘门极双极性晶体管IGBT模块的应用,PWM的实现,单片机系统硬、软件的设计和系统智能化控制,并对调速系统的应用作了节能分析.
This paper introduces PWM variable frequency drive system controlled by HEF4752 IC chip and single chip microproceessor INTEL 8098,sets forth IGBT application,PWM implement,the design of hardware and software for control system with sigle chip microprocessor and intellectual control.It also analyses energy conservation performance for the drive system.
