摘要
利用小麦21条染色体上的21个SSR标记,对16个澳大利亚小麦品种和21个黄淮小麦品种的遗传多样性进行了比较。结果表明,澳大利亚小麦品种共检出96个等位位点,平均为4.57个,平均遗传距离0.222 8。黄淮小麦品种共检测到86个等位位点,平均为4.1个,平均遗传距离0.173 1。电泳和聚类分析结果表明,澳大利亚小麦和黄淮小麦品种分别有10个和9个相对特异位点,携带相对特异位点的品种分别为6个和7个,75%以上地域来源相同的品种聚于相应的组。
A set of 21 wheat SSR markers located separately on 21 wheat chromosomes were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 37 commercial wheat cultivars from Australia and Huang-huai Area of China.In total,86 alleles were detected in 21 wheat cultivars from Huang-huai Area,with an average of 4.1 alleles per locus and mean genetic distance 0.1731.And 96 alleles were detected in 16 Australian wheat cultivars,with an average of 4.57 alleles per locus and mean genetic distance 0.2228.In addition,9 and 10 region specific alleles were detected in 7 and 6 cultivars from Huang-huai Area and Australian,respectively.More than 75% wheat cultivars from the same geographical region could be clustered into region-specific groups.
